DevCam is on the App Store
TL;DR: DevCam — the screen DVR that keeps a rolling 15-minute buffer of your Mac so you can export bug repros and demos after they happen — is now on the Mac App Store. Free tier included; Pro is $4.99/mo or $49.99/yr.
DevCam is on the App Store
As of today, DevCam is live on the Mac App Store.
This is the first thing I've ever shipped end-to-end — written, packaged, submitted, reviewed, and actually distributed to real users. Everything before this was either a prototype, an internal tool, or a product that never made it past my own machine. DevCam is the first one that crossed the line.
What it does
DevCam quietly records the last 15 minutes of your screen so you can export the perfect bug repro, demo clip, or tutorial — without ever hitting the record button. You hit the keyboard shortcut after the moment happens, trim what you need, and you're done.
Built for developers and QA workflows. Local by default — nothing uploads anywhere unless you choose to send it.
Free vs. Pro
The free version gives you 15 minutes of buffer. DevCam Pro ($4.99/mo or $49.99/yr) unlocks longer buffers, multi-display recording, and other workflow features. There's no trial gate — the free tier is genuinely useful on its own.
What's next
macOS first. I want to learn how real users actually use this before I spread to other platforms. If you've got feedback, bug reports, or feature requests, send them — I read everything.
