1) Acceptance of Terms

Using DevCam means you accept these terms.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using DevCam, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These website terms are intended for publishing clarity and should remain aligned with the in-repo End User License Agreement (EULA).

2 ) Who May Use DevCam

General audience use with lawful behavior required.

DevCam is intended for general audiences and for lawful personal or internal business use. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these terms on your behalf.

3 ) License Grant

Limited, revocable, non-exclusive app license.

DevCam is licensed, not sold. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the app in accordance with these terms and applicable law.

4) License Restrictions

What you may not do.

You may not copy, resell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from DevCam except where applicable law explicitly allows it. You may not remove proprietary notices or use the app in away that violates third-party rights or applicable

5) Ownership and Intellectual Property

All rights remain with the licensor.

DevCam and all related software, visuals, documentation, and legal materials remain the intellectual property of the licensor. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6) App Store and Platform Terms

Apple channel terms may also apply.

If DevCam is obtained through Apple's App Store, Apple platform terms and usage rules apply in addition to these terms. Where mandatory App Store requirements conflict with a clause here, mandatory platform terms control to the extent required for that distribution channel. or App Store users, DevCam maintenance and support responsibility remains with the licensor (not Apple). Warranty claims, product claims, a intellectual property claims are handled by the licensor to the extent required by law and your distribution channel obligations

7) Payments, Upgrades, and Subscriptions

Apple handles billing for App Store purchases.

Paid upgrades (including Pro features, if offered) are processed through Apple's billing infrastructure when distributed via App Store. Pricing, payment, renewal handling, and refund rights for App Store transactions are governed by Apple's commerce terms and regional law.

If you offer non-App Store distribution in the future, payment terms should be published separately for that channel.

8) User Data and Privacy

Privacy terms are part of using the app.
